Hire periods & rates
Daily hire covers up to 8 machine hours in 24 hours; weekly hire covers 40 hours over 7 days; monthly hire covers 176 hours over 28 days. Agreed rates are honored for 14 days from the quote date.
Deposits & payment
A refundable deposit is held per machine and released within 48 hours of collection, less any damage, cleaning, or fuel charges documented with photos.
Fuel, cleaning & damage
Machines leave full and should return full; missing fuel is billed at pump price plus a $25 service fee. Excessive cleaning (mud, concrete, hazardous material) is billed at cost. Our optional damage waiver caps accidental-damage liability at $500 per incident.
Delivery & collection
Delivery windows are agreed at booking. Failed access (locked gates, no contact on site) may incur a wasted-trip fee equal to the delivery charge.
Breakdowns
Report faults immediately on our 24/7 line. We repair on site where possible and swap in a replacement machine when we cannot — hire charges pause while a rental machine is unusable through no fault of the hirer.
Operator responsibility
Dry-hire machines may only be operated by ticketed, competent persons. The hirer is responsible for daily checks, site safety, and compliance with local regulations.
